क्या महिला सशक्तिकरण से जनसख्या नियंत्रण मे स्वभाविक रूप से मदद प्राप्त हुई है?? इस बात मे संदेह नही है कि आत्मनिर्भरता और आत्मनिर्णय की शक्ति के क्षेत्र मे भारतीय महिलाओ की स्थिति यूरोप और चीन की महिलाओ से बेहद खराब है चीन मे जंनसख्या बढ़ती नही दिखयी दे रही तो इसका सबसे बडा़ कारण है वहाँ की महिलाओ मे जागरुकता और सशक्तिकरण, जो अधिक बच्चे पैदा नही करना चाहती। भारत मे पित्तसत्तात्मक समाज होने के कारण यहा महिलाओ के जीवन का एक बडा़ हिस्सा मात्र पत्नी और माँ के रूप मे व्यतीत होता है उन्हे न तो आपने विवाह के समय न तो निर्णय लेने का अधिकार होता है और न ही सन्तानोत्पत्ति का। इसके विपरीत महिलाओ को आत्मनिर्भर और सशक्त बनाकर जनंसख्या वृद्धि में कमी लाई जा सकती है - 1. शिक्षित और जागरूक लड़किया विवाह की बजाये अपने कँरियर और भविष्य पर अधिक ध्यान देती है देर से विवाह पर संतानोत्पत्ति भी देर से होगी, जो जनसख्या नियंत्रण का प्रभावी कदम है 2.आत्मनिर्भर और सशक्त महिलाए गर्भधारण की योजना अपने भविषकय और कँरियार को ध्यान मे रखते हुए बनाती है 3. शिक्षित और आत्मनिर्भर महिलाओ को ज्ञात होता है कि बच्चो के पालन पोषण एवं शिक्षा पर अधिक व्यय होता है इसलिए वे छोटे परिवार के पक्ष मे होती है 4. शिक्षित और आत्मनिर्भर महिला गर्भनिरोध के उपयोग के प्रतिक्ष जागरुक रहती है 5. शिक्षित और सशक्त महिलाएं अपने परिवार और पति को अपने विचारो से सहमत करा लेती है 6. महिला सशक्तिकरण से कन्या के प्रति हीन भावना और भ्रूण हत्या जैसे कार्यो मे कमी आती है।

एक गर्भवती स्त्री ने अपने पति से कहा, "आप क्या आशा करते हैं लडका होगा या लडकी" पति-"अगर हमारा लड़का होता है, तो मैं उसे गणित पढाऊगा, हम खेलने जाएंगे, मैं उसे मछली पकडना सिखाऊगा।" पत्नी - "अगर लड़की हुई तो...?" पति- "अगर हमारी लड़की होगी तो, मुझे उसे कुछ सिखाने की जरूरत ही नही होगी" "क्योंकि, उन सभी में से एक होगी जो सब कुछ मुझे दोबारा सिखाएगी, कैसे पहनना, कैसे खाना, क्या कहना या नही कहना।" "एक तरह से वो, मेरी दूसरी मां होगी। वो मुझे अपना हीरो समझेगी, चाहे मैं उसके लिए कुछ खास करू या ना करू।" "जब भी मै उसे किसी चीज़ के लिए मना करूंगा तो मुझे समझेगी। वो हमेशा अपने पति की मुझ से तुलना करेगी।" "यह मायने नही रखता कि वह कितने भी साल की हो पर वो हमेशा चाहेगी की मै उसे अपनी baby doll की तरह प्यार करूं।" "वो मेरे लिए संसार से लडेगी, जब कोई मुझे दुःख देगा वो उसे कभी माफ नहीं करेगी।" पत्नी - "कहने का मतलब है कि, आपकी बेटी जो सब करेगी वो आपका बेटा नहीं कर पाएगा।" पति- "नहीं, नहीं क्या पता मेरा बेटा भी ऐसा ही करेगा, पर वो सिखेगा।" "परंतु बेटी, इन गुणों के साथ पैदा होगी। किसी बेटी का पिता होना हर व्यक्ति के लिए गर्व की बात है।" पत्नी - "पर वो हमेशा हमारे साथ नही रहेगी...?" पति- "हां, पर हम हमेशा उसके दिल में रहेंगे।" "इससे कोई फर्क नही पडेगा चाहे वो कही भी जाए, बेटियाँ परी होती हैं" "जो सदा बिना शर्त के प्यार और देखभाल के लिए जन्म लेती है।" "बेटीयां सब के मुकद्दर में, कहाँ होती हैं जो घर भगवान को हो पसंद वहां पैदा होती हैं बेटियाँ. {दोस्तो स्टोरी कैसी लगी... ?} ( कैसा लगा ये प्रसंग ? कॉमेंट कर के बताइए
